P05-E1-A (fully automatic type)

Air, adjusted to a certain pressure by a back pressure regulator, enters the inner side of the diaphragm chamber to form the detector's signal pressure, which is then guided to the outer side of the diaphragm. As the material edge position changes, the signal pressure changes, creating a pressure difference across the diaphragm. This pressure difference actuates the servo valve, causing the hydraulic cylinder to move forward or backward, thereby achieving automatic correction.

PB and PC type magnetic powder brakes consist of an active rotor (input shaft), a passive rotor (output shaft), and a magnetic yoke containing an excitation coil.
