P05: Rated power of 1HP motor;
E1: Single detection, single induction type, fully enclosed motor;
A: Fully automatic type;
AM: Automatic + manual type;
The working principle of the automatic Gold Medal edge correction machine is: Air, after being adjusted to a certain pressure by a back pressure air regulator, enters the inside of the diaphragm chamber to form the detector's signal pressure. This signal pressure is then guided to the outside of the diaphragm. As the material edge position changes, the signal pressure changes, creating a pressure difference between the two sides of the diaphragm. This pressure difference drives the servo valve, causing the hydraulic cylinder to move forward or backward, thus achieving automatic edge correction.
