A correcting device is a device used to adjust equipment or objects that deviate from their correct position or trajectory. It can automatically detect the offset of the target object and generate a correcting force through a control mechanism to return the object to its predetermined position. This device is widely used in printing machinery, CNC machine tools, material handling, etc. It has a compact structure, simple operation, and can effectively improve production efficiency and product quality. When an object deviates, the correcting device starts immediately, quickly and accurately adjusting the position to ensure the stability and reliability of the production process.
The EPC (edge position control) edge alignment device uses precise photoelectric detection to control the material so that it can always be corrected and maintained in a neat and correct position, also known as a correcting device. It is widely used in various industrial machinery to improve quality, reduce losses, and reduce manpower, making it an indispensable product for industrial automation. Applications: Laminators, laminating machines, printing machines, coating machines, paper machines, dyeing and finishing machines, bag making machines, slitting machines, etc.
Composition of the photoelectric correction system: It consists of a photoelectric detection head, a signal processing system, a regulator, an electro-hydraulic servo valve, an actuator cylinder, and a hydraulic station. The photoelectric detection head is a vertical reflection type and can detect the edge position of the moving material.

Features:
1. Infrared high-sensitivity photoelectric sensor, accuracy 0.05mm can distinguish 2 layers of film, and can also be used for special edge detection. (Ultrasonic sensors can detect everything except materials that can be penetrated)
