The components of the gold medal correcting machine include: motor, oil tank, pressure gauge, solenoid valve, pressure regulating device, balance regulating device, air intake and exhaust filter, etc.; it is a device that corrects the magnitude and proportion of the deviation vector of the strip material (that is, edge control).
Gold Medal Edge Aligning Machine Also known as a pneumatic correcting machine, its principle is based on pneumatic and hydraulic servo principles. It uses air pressure sensing and flow methods to check the edges of the material. The pressure difference caused at the detector outlet is reflected by the sensing chamber to determine the amount of oil in the left and right oil chambers, generating the speed of the oil cylinder, and achieving automatic edge correction control.
The gold medal edge aligning machine (pneumatic correcting machine) is characterized by its reasonable structure, stable performance, simple operation, sensitive and reliable performance, and easy maintenance, thereby increasing production and reducing raw material costs. Therefore, it has been widely used in the manufacturing of papermaking, packaging, printing, leather making, and textile industries.
