1. When is a keyed pneumatic shaft suitable?
1. When the weight of the product to be wound is heavy;
2. When the material to be wound does not need to be slit or the width of a single roll is large;
3. When the paper core or other material core used in the product has a thicker wall or better quality.
2. What should be noted when using a keyed pneumatic shaft?
1. Maintain sufficient air pressure in the pneumatic shaft;
2. When winding or unwinding, if there are parts at both ends that are not covered by the core, use an empty core to cover the empty part;
3. When not in use, the pneumatic shaft should be placed horizontally and should not be suspended or erected to avoid deformation caused by collision.
3. What are the materials and forms of keyed pneumatic shafts?
1. Generally, the main core tube of the pneumatic shaft is made of steel or aluminum alloy;
2. The shaft head material is generally steel, but aluminum alloy can also be used according to customer requirements to reduce the weight of the pneumatic shaft;
