High-end bearing casting industry sales may reach 222 billion yuan
China's hardware industry is currently developing rapidly. China has become one of the world's major hardware producers, and the development of the hardware industry has, to a certain extent, supported the development of China's casting industry. Luo Baihui, secretary-general of the International Mold and Hardware Plastics Industry Suppliers Association, stated that the demand for stainless steel hardware tools in China is increasing. With the continuous improvement of China's economic status and the continuous development of China's hardware industry, more and more Chinese hardware products are being exported to other countries. The increase in overseas demand has directly driven an increase in the product output of domestic casting enterprises in China.
The improvement in the quality of China's hardware products is also an important reason for the increase in demand. The booming development of the hardware industry will provide a solid market foundation for the development of the casting industry. At present, China's hardware bearings have formed a considerable economic scale. However, due to improvements in development methods, industrial structure, independent innovation, and brand building, which have driven domestic demand, high-growth, high-impact industries such as precision bearings and other basic mechanical casting industries have been identified as key development sectors during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, with the aim of achieving or approaching internationally advanced levels. With government support, it is estimated that by 2015, the sales revenue of the high-end bearing casting industry will reach approximately 222 billion yuan.
Based on the fact that China lags behind in high-end bearings, the Plan clearly proposes that the guiding role of industrial policies should be fully utilized, the entry threshold of the industry should be raised, low-level repeated construction should be curbed, and financial and tax support policies should be provided to provide a solid foundation for the complete domestic production of major equipment in China. Luo Baihui believes that the domestic high-end bearing casting industry shoulders the important mission and challenges of the domestic production of high-end equipment in China. Considering the excellent R&D, casting, and innovation capabilities of Zhuoyan Technology, it is believed that in the future, it will be able to support the important task of domestic production of major equipment in China.
