Mechanical seal requirements for machine precision

1. The accuracy required of the machine for mechanical seals (e.g., pumps with mechanical seals)
(1) The maximum radial runout tolerance of the installed mechanical seal component shaft (or sleeve) is up to 0.04~0.06 mm.
(2) The axial movement of the rotor is less than 0.3 mm.
(3) The maximum runout tolerance of the sealing cavity's sealed end caps and the locating end face shaft (or sleeve) surface size is 0.04~0.06 mm.
2. Seal confirmation
(1) Verify that the installed seals meet the requirements.
(2) Carefully check the assembly diagram before and after final installation to ensure that all parts are complete.
(3) For spring-driven ring mechanical seals, the left and right spring pressures on the hinge swing have been selected.
