Reasons why the HY-12/10 correction machine cannot correct in automatic mode

1. The correction machine has manual and automatic modes. Generally, after setting the parameters, click the automatic mode, put on the roll material, and it can automatically correct;

 

2. However, if the automatic mode cannot correct, there may be these reasons: Check if the sensor is connected correctly;

 

3. Check the sensor type selection on the correction machine operating system; there are ultrasonic, photoelectric, and CCD options;

 

4. Check whether the polarity selection of the correction machine is correct. The simplest method is: When the polarity is positive, it cannot correct normally, so choose the polarity to be negative; vice versa;
