One 1. For safety reasons, please read the following safety precautions.

(1) Do not open the casing while the power is on. Do not turn on the power after opening the casing, otherwise there is a risk of electric shock.

(2) Do not disassemble or modify this device, otherwise it may cause fire, malfunction, and misoperation.

(3) The controller must be grounded, otherwise it may cause electric shock.

(4) This device does not have explosion-proof function. This machine is absolutely not suitable for installation in places where explosion-proof function is required.

(5) Please use it in the environment specified in this manual. Do not place it in high temperature, high humidity, dusty, corrosive gas environments, and avoid vibration and impact, otherwise it is easy to cause electric shock, fire, and malfunction.

(6) Metal pieces or other conductive objects, or flammable foreign objects such as machine oil, cannot enter the inside of the device, otherwise it will cause fire, damage to the device, and malfunction.

 

Two. Troubleshooting and Countermeasures

A. Unable to operate "manually"

Possible causes

Countermeasures

① Fuse blown.

(1) Please replace the fuse and check if there is any mechanical obstruction in the movement of the carriage.

(2) Please check if the load weight is too heavy.

(3) Please check if the setting position of the left and right limit protection switches of the pusher is accurate.

(4) Please check the motor carbon brushes.

② Motor overheat protection switch automatically trips.

(5) It can be resumed after cooling for about fifteen minutes. However, please check the cause of overheating first, such as whether there is any mechanical obstruction in the movement of the carriage? Is the frictional resistance too large? Is the load too heavy?

 

③ Motor burned out.

(1) Please check if the motor fuse specification is correct?

(2) Please check if the setting position of the left and right limit protection switches of the pusher is incorrect, resulting in no protection.

(3) Please check the pusher N1 Whether the limit ring is detached, resulting in no limit protection.

④ Poor connection between the pusher and the correction carriage (not in a straight line), resulting in excessive frictional resistance of the pusher itself.

Please reinstall the connection between the pusher and the correction platform.

⑤ Motor drive board PWM —1 、PWM—2、PWM—3 malfunction.

Please replace the sub-drive board.

⑥ Carriage slide rail is stuck.

Please correct or remove foreign objects.

B. Can be operated "manually" but not "automatically"

 

Possible causes

Countermeasures

Tracking is all skewed to one side.

(1) The tracking direction is incorrect, please switch SW2 to the other direction.

(2) The detected object may not be suitable for ultrasonic detection (e.g., mesh fabric).

(3) The detected object is not sensitive to ultrasonic waves, please VR1 Gain )Adjust to maximum.

(4) Detection position setting.

Photoelectric eye failure or disconnection.

Please replace or check for short circuits.

Speed VR3 Setting is too small

Adjust clockwise to increase.

 

C. The material is still not neat or has a large error after correction

Possible causes

Countermeasures

Incorrect detection position.

Please correct the appropriate position according to the installation instructions.

Incorrect setting position of the detector.

Please refer to the detection position setting.

Poor structure of the machine itself.

Please correct the structure of the machine itself.

The positive carriage does not move smoothly.

Please remove foreign objects or improve the pulley or slide rail.

Poor force control.

Please check and improve stable tension control.

Generator abnormality.

Please check if the carbon brushes are worn.

 

D. The motor shakes or slowly shifts when the machine stops (servo type EPC )

Possible causes

Countermeasures

The machine has serious interference or leakage.

(1) Please eliminate the leakage of the external machine.

(2) The motor wires of the servo motor are entangled with the power lines of other machines, causing interference.

(3) An isolation shielding transformer can be added externally ( 220V220V ) input power supply.

②The operation panel was privately separated and its wiring was extended.

⑤The actuator swings violently or the correction swing is very large

Possible causes

Countermeasures

The inspected object has no tension control or poor tension control.

Please set or adjust the appropriate tension control.

The photoelectric eye is not installed correctly.

When guiding the material, detection should be performed immediately after the last idler wheel on the unwinding table, not after passing other rollers. When guiding the collected material, detection should be performed immediately after the last fixed idler wheel.

The tracking speed is set too fast or Gain too large.

Please adjust VR1 or VR3.

The intermediate guide mechanism is incorrect.

Please refer to the intermediate correction diagram installation method. And confirm that the motor installation should be on the same side as the photoelectric eye.
